Art Classes
Art classes introduce the client to the skills involved in painting and drawing. Participants will learn the principles of colour while experimenting with a range of techniques. It allows you to associate creativity with every aspect of your life, not just on canvas.
Known benefits: Some participants have known to gain self–esteem and confidence. Painting can provide an excellent source of personal relaxation and even physical therapy.
Yoga
Yoga is a system of physical and mental exercises that helps with flexibility, stamina and strength and reduces stress. It is believed to calm the nervous system and balance the body, mind and spirit.
Known benefits: Studies have shown that Yoga gives the sense of wellbeing and can improve energy levels. Some people have reported better flexibility, strength and concentration, a lot less anxiety and better sleep at night.
Aqua Aerobics
Water aerobic workouts usually combine a variety of techniques from land aerobics including walking or running backward and forward, jumping jacks, along with various arm movements. The workout also may incorporate equipment such as flotation devices. The exercise can be done with music in water tempo, or without.
Known benefits: In addition to the standard benefits of any exercise, the use of water in water aerobics supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle and joint injury. The mitigation of gravity by flotation places less stress on the joints when stretching, and can allow a greater range of motion. The mitigation of gravity makes water aerobics safe for individuals able to keep their heads out of water.

Stress Management
Stress management help to recognise the signs of stress and learn how to cope with them.
Known benefits: Some studies have reported that a stress management can help patients cope with some side effects of chemotherapy such as pain, fatigue, anxiety and depression.
